For PD dates in Oct that have not been approved yet, when should one begin to be concerned?

Thanks! I tried to see and it says as of 3/31/2010 backlog for June. Is that right? I am seeing Nov 2009 approvals.. am I right?

LML- I believe it means, as of end of March 2010, DOL was processing the COL applications made in June 2009 and after (including November cases although very rare I suspect). Good luck.

Please check /perm-labor-certification/ which gives PERM Processing Times for the unaudited and audited cases. Not sure if there is another site which provides more than this.

Got a courtesy email from DOL saying that my PERM will be certified. PD is 10/22/2009 and for EB-2. Thanks everyone. Wish you all the best.

Filed on 10/27/2009 and got the courtesy mail from my employer that my PERM will be certified on 04/09/2010. It took exactly 164 days for me. Good Luck to Everyone.
