    Would you by any chance let us know your filing categories please? EB2, EB3?

    Seems like October Applications are being approved

    My labor was filed on 24th October 2009 and I got my labor approved today i.e. 6th April 2010. That is precisely 5 months 12 days.

    I think DOL has speed up process of certifying the applications.

    Labour was filed on first week of May 09. Haven't got any updates. Anyone having similar issues? Any suggestions to followup?

    I applied under EB2

    Both my friend and I were in EB2. We work at two different companies.

    Gyanarc- I understand your disappointment. Trust me: It may take as long as 10 months to hear back from DOL. Look at the earlier postings on this thread. Don't lose your hope. As long as your case is not audited, you should hear back from them by April at the latest. Good luck.

    It took 6 months for me.
    My friend who applied in mid august 09 got it in mid feb 10.

    Now have to apply for I 140
