Certified!!! I just got the aproval notice yesterday. December 08 cases are starting to move again.

I saw in many posts that people are getting Labour cert. approvals who filed in Dec 2008.
I think you should better request your attorney to get updates.

Mine was filed on Jan 15, 09. In process still.
I had earlier applied on Dec 15, 08 and it got rejected, for don't know what, but I was informed about it within like 3 weeks.
Due to the level of transparency (or lack of) in the system, this thread is a good place to know where the processing is at.
I'll encourage my friends to update their status here.

Applied in Jan,09. employer says in process

My perm was filed in the month of Jan,09. Its showing in process. (Thats what the employer tell me at least) Can any one please comment, what stage the application can go for audit. Is it in the first few months after one applies or it can go for audit any stage of the process. What are the chances that after 9 months of applying, if i find out that my application needs audit.
Any comments or input?
