Anoopkomar and Drdeen- My sincere congrats to you! Looks like the (non-audit) process times range between 8-10 months.

Crazygk- According to the iCert portal, currently the 2008 Jan audits cases are being processed. Not sure if DOL is reviewing in chronological order. Best of luck to you.

Hey, Any one know what this means.
The icert portal has gone back to the Jan 31st status and says April 09. This is on Saturday 13th Mar 2010 at 7 AM.
OMG ! What is that supposed to mean. Y did they have to pull back .

1. They want to try finishing May 09 before calling June 09 processing.
Many from May 09 are still waiiting to hear.
2. That was an error and Monday morning it will say June again.

Congrats to the june and July approvals. Its great news, wish you luck ahead.
I applied in Oct'09, fingers crossed as still a long way to go.

I hope the approving officers are not just cherry picking dates. It would be stressful if someone's file gets ignored.

Approved- date June 26, 2009 (I think EB3)

My employee got a courtesy notification that my labor was certified today. Thanks to all who kept providing updates and all the best for the others still waiting.

The date of the application was June 26th, 2009

My H1 renewal depends on this and my I140 - cant wait to get back to work.

Perm - question

My employer has filed my Perm in Feb 2010. He send me a copy. I am not able to determin EB2/EB3 on the application form he has submitted. Can some one tell me, if EB2/EB3 is specific to Labor or I-140?
