I had come to the US on L 1 A and was greatly assisted by ZenCode HR in Jaipur. Now my visa is due to expire in August but there are no appointments available in India till November 2021. Is there a way out of this?

3. I140 (EB2) is approved in late July 2020, visa extension is also approved in Oct 2020 for 3 years

Hi ,

H1/H4 extensions for me/my wife was filed in late December '19 and upgraded to Premium in early Feb '20. H1 was approved within 2 weeks while H4 is still pending and may take 3-4 months.

My wife is on leave from her job in India and her company is willing to sponsor her...
