Hello to everybody!
About two months ago I resigned from my position with the company which sponsored my H1-B visa. I was employed in Florida.
The reason was, my X employer didn't pay me the full wage. My gross wage was 5,000$ a month, which come to about 3,600$ net.
I resigned on December 8th, 2010 and he paid me as following:
October 2010: he deducted 1,000 from my pay check under "Advanced" (I never got this money).
November 2010: he deducted 1,000 from my pay check under "Deduction" (I never got this money).
I never got a pay check for December 2010 at all!
By my W2 form I never worked in December 2010!
What can I do and how can I get my money back?
Thank you in advance!
