  • B1/B2 Visa for Spouse, Child

    Hi,

I got my US visa (B1/B2) stamped in December 2014, since I was planned to travel on official work. Unfortunately, the travel did not happen at that time.

Now, there are chances again that I might travel. However, nothing is confirmed yet. I now plan to travel along with my wife and child (3.5 yrs) and want to apply for their B1/B2 visa.

I read elsewhere in this forum that my wife would need to visit the consulate with 1. My stamped passport and 2. the letter from my company which indicates my travel dates.

Since the official travel is not confirmed yet, can I still go ahead and apply for their visa ? If yes, what documents does she need?

An earliest response would be well appreciated.

P.S: I also have family members (sibling) in the US on L2 visa and another on H1B.

    Regards,
    Ravi

Thank you. Can you advise what documents she would require for her interview?

          Visa for my daughter

Hello Everyone, need an important suggestion. I applied for a US visa with my wife we got it in October this year. I have a 2 year daughter too whom I did not include in my visa application as I though that later on once we get the visa I can use the drop box facility. Now when I applied for my daughters visa they gave us a letter for the interview and they want us both to go back to embassy with our original passports. I am not sure what's gonna happen. Please help
