ORIGINALS or COPIES?
Hello All,
My mom will be appearing for her visa interview, 2nd attempt, very soon - on 27th November 06. I had some questions
:
--From the sponser's point of view, which/what originals & copies need be provided?
--Do I need to send her the original I 134?
--I had sent her one dated september 12th 06(1st interview) - will that work? What is the validity period of this document?
--Is I 134 notorization really required?
--I had sent her ORIGINAL bank statment- dated 12th september; will this work for her next interview?
--My father, mother & brother had appeared for the 1st interview; hence the bank statment was addressed to all 3 of them.
Now, only my mother is going to appear for the 2nd time... does the bank statemnet need to be addressed only to her ie carry her name only?
--Validity of the bank statement?
--My dad is working and gets paid thru voucher; my mom is working but her income doesnt fall into the income tax paying brackett- hence they both dont have tax documents of the past 3 years.
What document should my mother carry to establish strong bonds with India. (the reason why their visa was rejectd in the 1st attempt)
*My father owns the home but doesnt have the deed/title to establish his ownership
*My brother is studying in India
*My mother is a bonafide employee of a multinational(she has the NOC from her company)
*Both parents have other properties, land in India & have ownership documents.
--Marriage certicate is not available - is it a required document?
Please help! & Please pray my mom gets a visa!
