Question about after interview
Good evening friends on this forum ,

Today I had my interview . The IO
Was nice and professional . It seemed everything went well .
Even he was going to schedule me for Oath ceremony ! As they had
Coming Monday vacant spot for applicants to fill in . Then I said that was good
Not to wait long time for scheduling another day . Alright , then I was told
To be waited till they called my name again in the lobby seat area. He handed out me form 652 showed
Test passed and recommended approval . Ok, then I was sitting to wait for him
Call me again . A few minutes later , he called my name and I went to his office . He told me he need give my
Application to his supervisor to review . Then he took original recommend approval form back but a new form with test passed and “USCIS will send you a written decision about your application”. I was confused and had no clue why ! He just said my application need to be reviewed by his supervisor . I Was emotionally sad . As I have no any bad records , no criminal , no any applied government social welfare , paid my tax , have a stable job . . I submitted all documents I have . I have no idea why my case need to be reviewed by his supervisor !
does anyone have same experience that case application need to be reviewed ?? I absolutely can’t figure out what’s wrong with my application? I cried as I felt so sad ..

But what’s the difference between “ USCIS will send you written decision about your application “and
B part “ a decision can’t yet be made about your application”? I/O ticked I passed test and “ USCIS will
Send you a written decision about your application”. What does it mean? Does mean I will be denied????

Can anyone know that ?? I am so down ... I can emotionally sad and cried a lot today .. it was so tough for every step we experienced for this journey ? Why I was not approved? I/O said he dodn’t Say I was denied . He said my application just need his supervisor review!! Sooooo exhausted mentally ...

Orlando, Florida Office
Today I had my interview in Orlando Office. The process took around 9 months. The questions were easy and I passed. If you study the 100 questions, you won't have any problem answering them. DON'T BE AFRAID. Be patient and you will become a US citizen. GOOD LUCK to everybody waiting for the interview letter.

N-400 & Speeding Ticket
I have a question for you savvies out there!. I got a speeding ticket a few months before sending my N400. The case(ticket) was dismissed by the court and I received no points and no conviction appears on my records. When I filled the N400 I completely forgot about the ticket. Will this affect my application? Should I mention it to the IO even if my record is clean?
Thank you!

hello everyone.

i am little bit worried about the matter below. if someone has anything to comment about it, i would be very happy.

more than 5 years ago, i won green card from lottery. and i came here with my wife who i was married when i was already in my country. we decided to divorce because of problems between us after 18 moths entering to US. i asked about divorce to lawyers and they said that we needed to divorce where we got married. and we did it in our country. i had may notary approved - translated and apostilled divorce copy with me when i was coming back to US. and when i applied to citizenship, i sent the copy of my divorce documents. seen that it has been 11 months since i applied and i didnt have my interview scheduled still, is there any possibility to have any problem because of my divorce and to make my application of citizenship slow down or even stop ?

Newark NJ Filer
Hi everyone. Filed from NJ, went to NBC & now it must be with the Newark field office.
my PD date is June 2, 2017
Fingerprinting is June 13,2017.

After that, I haven't gotten any updates at all. The online case status is also not showing any change. I saw that as of Nov 31 2017, the Newark field office updated its processing time for cases to March 12, 2017. I extrapolated from this timing that in Jan 2018, they must be working on cases as of May/June.

Curious to hear from other people in the NJ area to see what their experiences are!
