Cheating The Costumers

  I ordered bhiya dooj pouche and it was clearly writte that it will be delvered before 3rd but it is no yet delivered whe we tried to contact the rediffmail help desk the security people pc\ckup the phoen &told that they will open after 4 days . My festival is over now , so my suggestion is ot to buy any thing from this company beacuse they are cheating the customers

i want to echo the same sentiments as you all have done.

my sis is abroad and she wanted to give me a surprise birthday gift so without telling me, she ordered a Sony playstation 2 thru rediff. It's almost 1 month now, i still haven't received anything. Their customer care support page for shopping is down..where are we people supposed to go? what about our hard earned cash? these jerks will go to any extent to make money..

i really need some help. any contact numbers u guys have, any person or any official address where i can personally go and bash the living hell out of them. They're not getting away with this. We'll take them to consumer court.

Never ever order from rediff again
Hello All,

I wanted to start a blog to share my experience with rediff shopping. Purpose of this blog is to just let the others know that how rediff, even after being such a popular website and a big company, is cheating the customers on small things.

I ordered rakhis 5 days before the rakhi day from rediff this year and they had written clearly on their website that they will deliver the rakhis before rakhi day but finally only 1 ralhi was delivered on rakhi day and other was 7 days after rakhi. There is no phone number that you can call from USA, no email address where you'll get a response, no 24 hr chat support, nothing. We just had to let this issue go as there was no response from rediff.

I just made another mistake of ordering my nephew's b'day gift from rediff. I picked 3 vcds and a walkie talkie for my nephew that i thought he would really enjoy. Rediff charged my credit card the next day, delivered 2 vcds after 10 days and a lot of emails but there was no news on the 3rd vcd and the walkie talkie. After many emails, we got a response back that they are out of the 3rd vcd so they won't be delivering it. But walie talkie is still not delivered. After many emails they gave a tracking number from bluedart. After checking with bluedart we found out that the tracking number is not a valid number. There is just no response from rediff about refunding money or delivering the item.

I'm sure a lot of you must have had same issues so do share your experience so that we can make sure that companies like these can't keep cheating people like us.

Rediff Shopping is the worst experience possible
I totally plan to dispute the transaction I did through rediff. I dont think that will be an issue with my credit card company

It has been the one of my worst shopping experience. What I cannot understand is how they send half the items in a same order!! And the Rating system that they have for the Buyers is the biggest laughing matter. It never displays any negative reviews

It such a shame that a Big company like this nothing but a big fraud

Guys

I too feel that shopping in rediff sucks.Neither they have a contact number to discuss the order status nor their website displays the right information. I have ordered for a printer on Oct13 and it was not delivered till now to my Hyderabad address. As you say, Neha seems to be a fake name.

I would be thankful if someone can post the rediff customer care contact number so that I can track the status of my order.

Never Shop at Rediff
Rediff sucks, I ordered for a Watch and Binocular and they dispatched it at my home address instead of the Shipping address. Once ordered you can never change the order details.The Airway Bill no they gave is fake, Blue dart does not recognise it. No matter how many times you contact the Customer Service (Neha Seems some fake name) never responds.

My suggestions to everyone....never use Rediff for shopping ! Or you money will go in drain.

shopping at Indiaplaza.com - Untrustworthy and disappointing

Reading through the previous set of posts on online shopping experiences, I would also like to comment on my first shopping experience at www.Indiaplaza.com. I had placed at order worth $21.99. My credit card was successfully charged and I was thinking that the order is on the way,but after 2 weeks i realised that the order was never delievered. To my surprise when I called the customer service, I was told that the order was cancelled on the pretext of denial of credit card transaction. I confirmed with my credit card bank again and this time I provided the confirmation number,date and other details too to the indiaplaza customer care representative but still they gave a lame excuse saying that they would look into the matter again. I asked them to credit my money back. Again after a week when I called up to check the status,they still told me that the transaction never happened. I sent my credt card statement by email to them for them to verify but still they haven't replied back or done anything about it. Its a shame that these people dont know whats customer care and how to handle such errors, they keep giving nonsensical excuses. This has been a really disappointing experience at Indiaplaza.com. I have not received and do not hope to receive my money back, but I just wish to inform you all to be careful when shopping online especially with Indiaplaza with Diwali just round the corner !!

I am facing the same problem over here, Its been three+ months i haven't recieved my order yet.
 
After repeated phone calls (+91 022 244622462) at thier customer support center and also after repeatedly contacting them through email, i haven't recieved any positive response from them. I wonder whether these people really know what customer care/support means. From this i can also conclude that this people are incompetent, cheaters.
 
Its really impossible bear this delay, irresponsible, unprofessional attitiude of this people anymore.
 
Now, as being a good Indian citizen its our reponsibility to let the world know (by going to the PRESS) how and what this company/site is all about and how big cheat this people are.
 
I am ready to bear the expenses, if you can help me out, i would just need your order number and all the rubbish assurance emails which you had recieved from them with dates at the following email address [email protected]

I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER FOR SANSUI MUSIC SYSTEM (RS.2999/-)BUT NOT RECIEVED.I MAILED THEM SIX TIMES THROUGH REDIFF CUSTOMER SERVICE...NO RESPONSE, NO CONTACT NUMBER...LAST CHOICE IS TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.NEVER SHOP THROUGH BLEDY REDIFF SHOPPING
