Calgary upcoming L1B stamping, how likely they’ll honor it
Hello guys and gals, for those of you who have upcoming H1B or L1/L2 stamping appointment in Calgary in May , is it being cancelled or they’ll be honored ? Any input is appreciated !

Calgary May appointment, travel from Toronto, PP10052 doubt
Background - I have a regular H1-B appointment on May 3 in Calgary that seems to be on track as of now. (hopefully, it will be honored). I live in Toronto, so I'll be flying there 1 day before. Also, I moved from USA to Canada right before the pandemic, so I don't have any kind of Canadian ID but I do have a valid USA State ID (USA DL is expired).
Q1 - To the best of my knowledge and Google search, it looks like there are no restrictions on interprovincial travel between Ontario and Alberta. I am wondering if the US Consulate will have a problem with that and would actually require me to do a 14-day quarantine before my interview. Does anyone know about someone else who traveled to a different province for their interview?
Q2 - I am assuming that it is fine to have my document delivery option on the AIS website as a Canada Post location in Toronto even if the interview is in Calgary, right?
Q3 - My DS-160 says Toronto, but from other posts on this forum, it looks like I don't need another DS-160. Am I right in this assumption?
Q4 - Can I use my US state ID as a form of photo/DOB identification at the airport when I am flying back from Calgary to Toronto? Because if the interview goes well, then I won't have my passport.
Q5 - Anybody heard of any regular H1B appointments happening after PP10052 expired and if the consulates are granting the visas?

Me and my wife are on H1 and H4 visa respectively which expires on Sep10 2021. My wife is moving to Montreal and I wanted to travel along with her and setup a few things(we have canadian PR). I was wondering if anyone has travelled back to US with very less months left on their current H1B stamp and the new H1B extension under progress?

Expedited L2 Visa Appointments in Canada based on family separation
I'm on an L1 in US. My wife has had 2 regular L2 Visa Appointments cancelled so far, one in Montreal and the other in Vancouver. We now have a date in Calgary for September.
We were considering applying for an Expedited Appointment and wanted to know:

Any standard H1 interviews NOT got cancelled?
I have heard that they're still cancelling appointments even after the H1B ban was lifted. Was anyone able to actually interview anywhere (non-expedited)?
Mine was in Vancouver early May but of course they cancelled it. How about other cities? Calgary for example?
