Transfer my visa from Canada to another country

Can there be a difference in DS160 form location and actual stamping location ?
I filled my DS 160 form for location Vancouver, Canada and have got a slot in Vancouver for June 4, 2021. Today I can see an earlier slot available for May 11, 2021 in Calgary. Can I book a slot for Calgary with the DS160 I have currently or do I need to fill a new one. If I can book the stamping slot on the same DS 160 for another location, are there any additional documents I need to carry ?

H4 Visa Stamping - Canada

I am currently in Canada and waiting for the US consulates to open for H4 visa stamping. I only found slots for July 2020. My spouse H1B visa is expiring in September 2020. The employer will file for extension probably during March/April. So, my current DS-160 form has my spouse current H1B receipt number.
Can someone please clarify if I can book a slot now and should I use the same current H1B receipt or can I use latest H1B receipt number if approved? Would it be okay if the receipt number(latest one) is different from the one in DS-160?

H1B Expedite Appointment Query
I requested for expedite appointment and received an email stating that my request has been accepted and I should receive another appointment confirmation email shortly. It has been 2 business days and I have not yet received the second email. On checking the AIS website, I see no update on the date of the appointment. How long should one wait ? Has anyone faced a similar situation. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.

H1B February appointment in Vancouver, Canada cancelled today
I have received an e-mail today that my 25-Feb-2021 appointment will be cancelled. No reason given. It simply said "Your appointment at the U.S. Consulate will be CANCELLED. You are receiving this message because you have an appointment at the U.S. Consulate in Vancouver on 02/25/2021 at ...".
Any one else had their appointment cancelled? Any suggestions on what to do next?
