My H-4 EAD was approved, but the physical EAD card was misdelivered by USPS to the wrong address, and I never received it. I only found out later after checking archived USPS tracking. USCIS...

Hi guys, quick question. I was issued a Japanese Tourist Visa with a date of expiry set to 7th April 2026; for a stay of 15 days. My question is does this mean I need to LEAVE Japan on/before the 7th of April, or I can enter Japan on/before 7th of April?01-09-2026, 10:52 AM

My H-1B expires in September 2026, and my spouse’s H-4 and H-4 EAD expires in November 2026. Non alignment of dates is due to changing jobs. My employer will file my H-1B extension with premium processing. I understand USCIS only accepts extension applications within 6 months of expiration.

I have a friend that is worried he will get laid off because of the 100k rule. His visa is coming up for renewal but he is worried he may not get renewed because companies are preparing for the 100k to be pushed to all h1b visas.
