We are flying tomorrow to Mumbai from Düsseldorf via Dubai. Our son has a German passport and got his E Visa granted for one year. We received only email but no other pdf or document to print. Old passport is expiring in one week which has a h1b stamp. I797 is valid till end of next year. On my I-94, expiration date is same as passport expiration date. do I need to leave and re enter US or can I just go to CBP inspection site ?
