Hi everyone, i have been reading your posts for a while. Here is my processing experience: filed my i360 in July 2016
RFE -October 23
Responded within month
-approved June 2017
-filed i485 in August 2017
Received by USCIS in August
Fingerprints in one month and end of December 2017 received my EAD
Reapplied for renewal of EAD in July 2018 because it was expiring and nothing from that time. No Ead and no Green Card.
I am doing it with lawyer and he just says to wait but as you all know it is quite difficult and frustrating. I am going from working visa to Green Card.
Anyone had the same experience? And waiting this long?

Hi guys I wanted to know if I can apply for advanced parole even though I am on my second work permit and still awaiting a decision for my green card. I just received my 2nd work permit in October. Is it ok for me to file for advanced parole ?

Hello everyone, I just wanted update that today I finally received my interview notice today.(I was noticed by email on 21st of December)
My PD:12/01/2017
Interview Scheduled:01/30/2019
I have a one question if you guys have an experience or have an idea that would be really appreciated! On interview notice it says bring a completed Affidavit of Support form I-864 with all required evidence unless already submitted. I did submit my I-864 form when I sent my packages for the first time. Should I redo it again and bring to interview or it’s not necessary since I’ve alre submitted?!
Thank you all. I hope everyone gets their interview as soon as possible wish me a luck guys. I’ll update you once I complete the interview!!!

AOS interview
Hello, My AOS interview is scheduled in a few weeks. I have a issue my AOS package was filled out with my married last name. But all of my identifications have my maiden last name, I was hoping to have received my EAD card before the interview and switch all of my Identifications, but that has not happened. For the Biometrics interview I just took my Drivers license and my marriage Certificate. Would I do the same for the interview?
