I got interview my so early didnt get my EAD.. my passport expired cant renew it still hold out of state driver license becoz tennesesse dont issue drivers license without
EAD or green card
What are my options? I dont want my interview to start like u got different address
More so different state think it’s fraud ..i do have a whole lot of bonafide evidence with me !! How do i solve this issue

Received my EAD April 2018 and it’s been “ready to be scheduled for interview” for 8 months now. Will I get interview notice soon? I also field for EAD renewal 2 months ago because I’m not sure how much longer

I 601 waiver processing time
Hi everyone ! anyone know how long does it take for i 601 waiver to be approved in new york city? i went to my i 485 second interview on Nov,2018, last week received the letter from uscis that i need to summit I 601 waiver in order for them to make the final decision on my case .is there anyone has same experience?

Interview notice
Happy Christmas eves peeps. Quick question for y’all. When you receive the interview notice, on the name that’s address too it has 2 names. With the c/o xxxxxxx and the name. Is that should be the petitioner name with the beneficiary? Or it’s the name to whoever should appear to the interview. I am very confused because the name that has my interview it’s my name (the beneficiary) and my sponsor, but not the name of my petticionary. Please advice, very confused. Thank you.

HI everyone,
First, I want to thanks everyone and this forum to help people like us going through the struggle of immigrations. My case was approved this week and I want to share a little interview experience with everyone. My PD is on June 2017 and I had my interview last week. The interview was short and went well. Overall took about 30-40 minutes. Our lawyer prepared the list of documents and handed it to IO when we first stepped inside the room. IO looked at them and asked some question about our bank statements and how we met, who was proposed, date of birth of our children... It was like IO only wanted to confirm what we put into the application. Then IO asked about yes/no question and some more photos. and that's all, we were told that our case will be reviewed and result will be sent by mail or if we need to submit more documents. Then later in the day, our online status changed to case was approved and card is being produced. It was such a relief for us and I want to share this good news so all of us here could gain some hope. By the way, my wife and I was married on May 2016, and now it's over 2 years and my lawyer said that we would have the permanent GC. Is it correct? I cant wait to see my GC on hand. Thanks and Merry Xmas to all of you guys.

RE-ENTRY PERMITS
Hi just wanted to clarify what the fees are for re-entry permit if anyone has done it recently.Don’t want to do It through my Attorney because it’s just waste of money when I can do it myself.Did any of you pay by credit card or money order and did you give them one or split it into two money orders.And lastly if there’s anyone who who lives in Mn could tell me where they mailed the application I’d really appreciate it.All the best to all who are still waiting.

Filing time
Can people please state that they filed with kids hence the reason they might have faster interviews than those that didnt . I mean people filing via marriage.
Because people who file with kids get interviewed in 3 to 4 months no matter the state.
So be kind enough to clarify that part for us. Thank you.

Case ready to be scheduled for interview
Hey guys!! First of all I must say this forum has been a tower of strength and motivation for me. Anyway my pd is June 12, 2018. I’ve had 2 rfe’s and As if December 20, 2018 case tracker update to case is ready to be scheduled for interview. My field office is Detroit and I was just wondering if there is any other Detroit filers and you guys mind to share how long did it take for your interview to be scheduled.
