Hi friends. I have a female friend. Her US citizen husband received a letter from USCIS to go for biometrics after submission of adjustment of status application. I've never heard of this before requesting a US citizen petitioning for a spouse to go for biometric. The US citizen husband is scared of going for that. And the wife had done her own biometric. What advice do you guys have for her? What can she do even to just have her work authorization card? Thanks

I booked my flight tonight too. Going Jamaica, so happy I booked my flight and It was mailed the same day.

Marriage based AOS
I sent all the paperwork on 06/16/17 but got rejected due to use of older version of form.
I sent all the paperwork again I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I693, I-131 together to Chicago office.
This time also sent G-1145 for online notification and text notification.
Package received: 07/05/2017
Just wonder how long it takes to get response of accepted application? I have not got any notification yet.

hey guys i have a quick question on behalf of a friend,what happens if you get your interview notice in the mail but your US spouse is currently stationed abroad and will not be available during the scheduled interview date.has anyone here been in the same situation or have any advice on what to do?i really didnt want to call them and reschedule after waiting this long to get my letter,any suggestions will be helpful.thanx guys and good luck to everyone.
