Hi Everyone!
So i've been reading some threads on here late night as I usually do, and I came across someones timeline and the forms they submitted. I noticed form I-130A. I did not include this in my application, and i'm hitting myself on the back for it! I have a lawyer who checked all the forms before we sent the packet and she, and I, triple checked everything but seemed to have missed this one form. Just wondering what will happen now? I've gotten no RFE so far and have my biometrics scheduled for next week on Friday. Should I be expecting an RFE in the mail? Freaking out a little bit here lol.

Sacramento filers - What are your timelines?

Interview today at Milwaukee office Wisconsin
Hi guys,
Thanks everyone for sharing their experiences. I had my interview today 9:20 am at Milwaukee office Wisconsin, and it went very smooth. The officer was very friendly, he went over the information in the application and asked some basic questions. He asked how we met and how long we been together. Also asked if we have joint account or any document that has both of our names. He went through our photo album, didn't keep any of our pictures. My husband and I were not separated during the interview. That is pretty much about it. The interview last about 20 min, the IO didn't approve us right on the spot, but after a few hours I received an email says "New card is being produced".

so my lawyer told me that it is possible that I might need a new sponsor because of my previous situation with not receiving my new work permit yet and for the sake of time that we should apply with a new sponsor now. My question is can my father in law be my sponsor?

EAD Card and retirement account
I am applying for a green card (married a US citizen) and recently received my EAD card, since hopefully I will get a job soon, I was wondering how do I open a retirement account, or how does that work? do I need to be employed first?
I am lost, I have no idea what the process is, so if anyone can give me some advice that would be very helpful.

Advance Parole questions
My spouse's AP expires the second week of August. She is currently out of the country for employment related duties. I had filed for the extension of AP for her back in June (second week).
Does she need to be present in the US for the extension to be approved? Her I-485 is pending due to medical RFE and I am not confident that it will be approved before her AP expires.
Also, if someone can share how long AP approval takes from TSC I would appreciate it.

Medical I-693 question
Hey all,
I had my medical done back in February this year. The doc used a old form and on the "Remarks" section it says GONORRHEA CLASS B. I am feeling confused whether I have to redo this again or leave it as it is now.
