Original birth certificate
Hi,
My interview is in 11 days and while putting my paperwork together, I realized that my husband doesn't have his original birth certificate (he's the US citizen). He has his USpassport though, and we have copies of his birth record. I wonder if that's sufficient? Or should we attempt to obtain some kind of other birth evidence from the state where he was born? I'd appreciate any ideas or successful outcomes from similar experiences.

Renewal EAD for Adjustment Status Applicant
Hi All,
When is the best time to apply for renewal EAD application, my current EAD card will be expiring in the first week of November, I am assuming that we are supposed to file it like 3 months or 4 months before the date it expires. I tried to find the appropriate day to file the renewal, but it seems a lot of informations... Some says it would be best to file before 90 days, some says 120 days, and other day says you can file before 180 days... so which is the correct one? 90 days before the expired date, or 120 days before the expired date, or 180 days before the expired days???
The status that I currently have is (C)(9) (Adjustment Status Applicant) i already got pending form I-485, and currently holding a good combo card i-756 with advanced travel parole .. Can someone please help me, I greatly appreciate you all, and best of luck with what you are hoping for

Interview notice to interview date
Hey lovely people I hope we receive our good news very soon , please I do have a question as I am travelling out of the country to Nigeria on d 9 and coming back on the 30 of this month with my AP but I do have a question in case they schedule me for interview while am out of the country this month can I still be schedule for interview this month , to me I think since we are in a new month and they didn't schedule me for interview already I think even thou they sent me a notice for interview this month it will be for next month and I would be back to the country before then . I just want to know more about the days given after the notice for interview for the actual date for interview . I will be glad if I can see respond asap

over a year on EAD
does anyone had this experience that EAD takes more than year? I heard a lot that they finish at least the interview part with in 6-7 month, but my case is since 2/25/2016 until now without any response.

i-485 approved
I had an interview for marriage based i485 interview on May16 2017 at Los Angeles office.
It was approved on the spot. I received welcome letter at the interview.
My case status online says "Case Was Approved" but not yet "Card is being produced".
It's been already 1 month and a half. I see most people approved at the interview getting their green card within 1-2weeks. Although the welcome letter says the card will be mailed within 60days, I'm a little anxious.
Should I submit a inquiry at USCIS website? Can anyone give me an advice?
