I485 eb2 processing question!
Does anyone help me or answer my question?
My i485 case has been filed over 7.5 months!
I485 was filed in Mar28.2016.
My lawyer said I cannot do the SR in NSC just because NSC replied him my case is still in the process.
Is that true that I can not do " service request" now?

Thank you so much!!

I485 Interview Tampa
So today I had my interview in Tampa. Was scheduled for 9:30am, we arrived at 9:15. Waited in the lobby and was called in about 9:45am. The interview took about 45mins.

The IO was nice and polite. He did not separate us. He called us from the lobby and led us to his office. He asked us to stand and took an oath that all our answers would be truthful.

He asked for our passports, driver's licence and asked for my social security number. He asked how we met and we told him our story, he seemed really interested and smiled while we recalled.

He asked questions from the I130. Asked me my wife's name, date of birth, where she was born, her address and if she was ever married before. I said not that I was aware of he laughed and told us a story of a couple who found out that the other was previously married and had a child while in the interview. He asked what my occupation was now and before in my home country and why I decided to eventually leave my job.

He then asked questions from the I485 form. He asked my wife my full name, date of birth, address and what date we got married. He asked her how we met and where and when we got married. He asked if we lived together and who pays the bills.

He asked the yes/no questions on the I485 and then asked if we had any documents to prove legitimate marriage. We gave him joint bank accounts, credit card statements, insurance(car, rental, life, and health), and lease agreement.

He asked to look at the pictures we brought and went through our album.

He then told us congratulations and shook our hands and said we were approved and printed the approval letter, and said it would be for 10 years and I could apply for citizenship in 2yrs and 90 days.

By the time I got to work about half an hour later I checked online and it said my card was ordered. Checked again tonight and both I130 nad I485 changed status to case approved.

It was a smooth process. You guys don't need to worry. Once your marriage is real it will show.

Green Card in hand!
Hello guys! Got my green card today exactly 113 days.

My interview was in Los Angeles last November 2, 2016. IO was very nice and asked only basic questions about marriage. IO just confirmed details on I-130 to my husband and asked me the YES/NO questions in I-485.
Evidence we gave her are joint bank statements, copy of debit card, costco cards, life insurance policy, mails addressed to both our names, photos showing timeline of our relationship, voided check with our names on it, etc. Interview took an hour because IO was very thorough in double checking original documents and evidences, and also the I-693 medical exam. (Checking documents while asking questions and typing on computer and writing on paper)
IO looked for EAD card but I told her I haven't receive it yet.
IO explained conditional green card and how to remove conditions but gave us paper stating case is held for review and that we were approved but needs to run a background check.
Later that night I-130 was approved. And combo card was mailed to me.

November 3 - I-485 updated to New card is being produce then updated again to Case was approved.
November 4 - I got my combo card!
November 9 - I-485 updated again to Card was mailed to me to Card was picked up by USPS

I thank

Proof of Bonafide Marriage
Hi... We are in the process of filing I-130 and 1-485 concurrently. I'm a bit confused if you provide proof of a bonafide marriage now or when you attend an interview?

I believe it's different if you are filing both forms together.

If anyone has any thoughts, we'd appreciate your feeback.
