I-539 Visa B2 visitor visa Extension
Anyone here with pending I-539 application to extend visitor visa. Application received and accepted fingerprinting fees on June 14th still no updates. Texas service center is working on our case. We did receive a notice of application received but no further updates on bio metrics or approval. How long is it safe to stay in USA with a pending or processing status. Any one with similar situation please suggest.

For the case, the i751 got denied due to mistake of lease that her spouse gave to her to submit, it was fraudulent and she wasn’t aware. There is evidence of life threats, emotional abuse and extortion from the same spouse.
When the conditional residence is denied, there is no letter about been sent to immigration court or date, only said decision can be reviewed during removal proceedings.
Is it safe to refill the i751 with VAWA after denial?

Hi, until RFE everything was moving fast. We sent response (it was only medical) which they received on June 18th but my status still didn't change to "received " since then. We are Nyc fillers , employment based, any thoughts?

Seattle Filer Still Pending Biometrics
We filed for my husband AOS family based married to USC, 2/24/2020 PD. Still no biometrics appt our case is being processed out of the National Benefits Center which recently updated their processing times for i765 Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)] to 28.5 Months to 37 Months. The current receipt date to raise an inquiry is August 02, 2017 it was 2/23/2020 earlier in the week. I think they did that due to the high volume of inquiries. I called today and told all field office are behind of course due to COVID. I can request an biometrics appointment inquiry 90 days after the field offices opened which was 7/13/2020 so can't file an inquiry until 10/14/2020. Hopefully it finally gets scheduled by then. However my i130 will be outside the processing timeframe as of Monday 2/24/20 so I can raise an inquiry on that.

Manhattan ASC
Hey guys. PD is 05/04/20, AOS family based married to USC. I’ve been waiting for my biometrics to get scheduled but nothing yet. I have seen a few Brooklyn filers get their biometrics but never Manhattan. Feeling hopeless now. Has anyone in Manhattan ASC gotten their biometrics? Or anyone with my PD have their i765 case approved? Any color would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
