EAD / ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP
Hi all. I will really need your help here. Was married to a woman with whom i thought i would spend the rest of my life with, but things changed after our marriage. She has been extremely abusive to me, cheating on me by even bringing men to our house. I have been advised to file for abuse and do my green card processing alone with my lawyer. We filed in New York in March and i have an interview coming up next week (will be going there with my lawyer).
So here is my problem. I don't have a work permit yet and would really love to work legally to sponsor my lawyer fees as time goes on. My question is, can i still get my EAD after filing for abuse? Also, how long will it take to get my work permit?
Would REALLY appreciate a honest advise.

I’ve been reading this website for the past couple months I’ve been in the US for 9 years got married to a US citizen case got denied he got abusive so I filed Vawa in 2016 got approved in 2018 got my combo card EAD/Advance parole card “serves as I-512” I had to travel back home to my home country jamaica I had a family emergency I was so scared but I made up my mind that I’m going to travel with my advance parole...going the jet blue agent had no clue what it was but coming back the process went smooth landed in America Cbp took my card and passport asked me 2 questions did secondary review & that was it the process was very easy..looking forward to travel again soon.
If u have advance parole go ahead and travel don’t be scared your authorized to travel that’s why they sent it to you.. good luck.

Advice Needed
Hello i'm a permanent resident, on october 12 we applied i 130 for my spouse and was told to check the visa bulletin On the same time i have applied to my spouse for extension of visitor visa (to have legal stay in the us) I was told that the first table on the visa bulletin is for people outside the us and the sencond for those here 2 month ago my case became current on the second table so i applied for adjustment of status , work permint, and advance parole But now the first table is current(a visa is available) Can anyone tell me if i should apply for visa also or wait (ps i did biometric interview) and how much time will adjustment of status take Thank youu

AP with overstay
Hi,
I came to USA 4 years ago on F1 , after 1.5 years in school I met an accident and was on the bed and went out of status and after staying out of status for 18 months, after that I married to my girlfriend and applied for AOS , unfortunately my case went under review after interview and after 1 years my wife started abusing me and we got separated and took my AOS application back and applied VAWA , now I get my ead combo card....
Should it be safe with travel on advance parole for 2 months to India? my attorney warned me about consequences of overstayed..
Someone saying I should travel like for 3-4 weeks only .....
Please suggest

Flight Attendant Possibilities
Hey, is it possible to become a flight attendant with a EAD and Advance parole? I know some airlines travel to Canada .

Advance parole approved-travel document not yet received- Can I travel now?
I got approved for the AP, my I-485 is pending- my son is sponsoring my green card- I received the approval for advance parole in mail last week. In that it says that the travel document will follow. As I will not require that document for leaving US, can I travel now and have someone send it to me before I come back to US for me to show it at entry or should I wait for the document to come and then leave? Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the document to come from the date of approval of AP?

Hi guys, my advance parole was approved and mailed to me. I have intent of travelling to Nigeria for a month. I need advices on safety of travelling and what documents is expected to be with me. I have not received my EAD card expect AP. I filed for AOS through marriage. Secondly, which airline do you advice from DFW
