AP through marriage but also have pending asylum
Hi everyone,

Long story short, I applied for asylum 2015 (still pending) and also got married 2017. My mom passed away but I want to go and visit my sister and my mom's grave. I am flying tonight and I am staying 3 weeks in my country (which I am feared of persecution) but my emergency AP was approved based on my marriage.

Anyone had experience with the same case as mine??!...i wanna go but I am terrified if this can cause me any trouble from coming back to US and my husband. My lawyer told me that I shouldn't have problem, and I should bring my mom's death certificate in case they ask me, but still it is giving me anxiety. Thanks for reading and any response will be greatly appreciated.

TPS Advance Parole
I am waiting for my AP approval. Has anyone traveled with a DUI misdemeanor? Unfortunately this is the only bad thing in my record, it happened more than 8 years ago. My attorney said I shouldn't have any issues..I am so scared!! Please let me know if any of you had some issues coming back into the US. THKS!!

Didn't get Advance parole papers back
Hi everyone.

Did any of you not receive a copy of the advance parole back? I went through LAX and they kept both of the advance parole papers. I have been reading that most of you receive one back and they keep the other but they just gave me my stamped passport. When i asked one of the officers if they keep both she told me they keep both and don't give me one back. Has anyone else had that happen? I don't know if that is a big deal or not.

AP-Based on TPS
Dear All,
Have anyone traveled multiple times with same AP letter? It says multiple entries but since we only have two letters how does multiple entries works? Do we use same letter every time we get in? Also has anyone traveled to different country (third country) with tps travel parole?

Any experience is greatly appreciated!! Best,

AP complete
Hello everyone, I just arrived at san jose airport. It was fast and easy. The officer just took my picture and fingerprints and sent me to another room to wait for a stamp. There was noone inside but me and my wife. In 3 minutes, he called me and asked how am I getting my green card. I said my wife is petitioning for me. He only asked 1 question and that's it. It was fast. After that he said welcome back home and told me to claim my luggage. I am so happy and relieved. I want everyone to know that apply for AP and use it. Because you never know if Trump will cancel it. God bless you all and thank you for keeping me in your prayers.
