Traveling with AP
Hey guys! Coming back to share my experience with you all since this website really gave me the courage to travel with AP. I traveled to Mexico from May 28th - May 30th Coming back I flew into Phoenix Airport. Immigration officer only asked me 2 questions: how many days was I out of the country, and where do I work. I was sent to secondary inspection and within 15 mins they gave me 1 of the AP document back stamped and my passport stamped as well. I was really nervous about the whole situation since I have 2 misdemeanors on my record but thank god everything worked out fine :)

Advance parole
I was approved to leave May 4th 2017 - August 8th 2017. I live in Wisconsin and i am trying to find the best way to travel to Mexico City and back without any issues.
My lawyer wants me to avoid Atlanta and Dallas due to one of her clients getting detained for a day and another being denied entry.

Has anyone had a bad experience with Chicago or Utah Airports?

second AP?
Hello all,
I have had one AP approval and went to mexico. You can read about my experience posted on April 14th.:)

My question now is that if anyone has tried to request a second AP?? If so how did it go and did you travel? Same reasons as your first application?

Thank you for your advance help:)
Blessings to all!

AP travel and overstay with AOS under 245i
Hi

I would like to see if anyone has experience traveling on AP with overstay (180+ days) and adjusting through 245i (no DACA or USC AOS). I got EAD and AP under 245i adjustment. I'm a bit skeptical about using the AP in my case. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Advance Parole
Hi guys.. I would like to get an advise of what I should do. I have or had DACA I say that because when I went to get my driver license (showed my DACA exp 2019) but when I got it in the mail, the expiration date was the one for my adjustment of status exp. 2018( I married a US citizen). Anyways I would like to travel to Spain for educational purposes to get my masters and graduate next year. I came to USA legally in 2001. I read on a website that if I overstayed with my visa an officer can deny my entry(but I was a minor back then). I have a one year old baby who was conceived thru an artificial insemination. I am afraid that I won't be able to come back and lose everything I have here. But at the same time I need to get my masters to move on with my career.
I have the AP combo card.

Houston TX

Every advise is appreciated

Thank you.

Traveling with AP
Hey guys I submitted my application back in December to see my sick grandmother in Guerrero Mexico, I didn't receive the approval letter until April along with the paperwork. Before I received it I had made up my mind that if I didn't receive it before the new administration I was not going to go. However reading all the success stories gave me the courage to go.
I booked a 3 day trip left on 04/19/17 and returned on 04/22/17 I had an overnight flight.
I went to Acapulco and got a super cheap flight for $180 round trip. I traveled with 2 cousins and my cousins babies they are all us citizens. Going there was super easy we had a layover in mexico city, we actually got to speed through security because of my cousins baby. Omw back I was a little anxious and had to go to the washroom before proceeding to customs. I arrived at Ohare airport super early at 6:10 am and was out at 6:20 , my cousins were able to come with me through the customs line I was asked for passport and parole documents and he asked me if I was fixing my status I said no because thats what you are suppose to say!! However I am married to a us citizen, He was super nice and told me to get on it and fix my status asap because of the new administration. He then took my paper work to another room and we all waited there for like 4 minutes and I was just called and handed passport no questions asked!!!! GOD IS GREAT!!! TAKE THE RISK ITS SOOOOOO WORTH IT...Think positive and keep god in mind!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU
