Hello, I will be submitting my packet this Monday. Just wondering if someone could help me with the photos I need to submit.
Do they have to be from our beginning of relationship, or pictures from after I obtained my 2 yr green card?
Also, about how many photos are recommended? Ive read that 10-15, but a couple of people have posted that they submitted “ a ton”

I-693 & 60 days rule
"Applicants to submit a Form I-693 that is signed by a civil surgeon no more than 60 days before filing the underlying application for an immigration benefit."
How do USICS count the 60 days? For example, does it start from a civil surgeon signature to a package being delivered?
Example timeline:
Mar 1st civil surgeon signture
April 20th AOS package delivered with I-693
May 5th notice of receipt
If USICS count it to NOR, then I-693 is invalid.

California i751 processing time extended
I have checked today california service center processing time of i751 is extended .Earlier it was 14 to 19 month but today it is 14 to 27.5 month. How is it possible two days before they were processing case from october 2018 but now they are processing back from february 2018 . I am so worried i am dec 2018 filer and waited long .

tax transcripts and w2's since we got married- filling jointly always
lease agreements since we got married....both names
our bills together with both names since we got married
month to month bank statements since we got married with both names and address
health insurance documents since marriage with both names-declaration pages and tax forms sent concerning health insurance
car insurance declaration pages and letters sent from insurance companies since we got married with both names always
we have no credit card jointly -none
letters and received from IRS with both names
Emergency contact documents from work showing she's my emergency contact
Life insurance from work with her name as the beneficiary
401k showing her name as beneficiary
Any letter that was jointly sent to us together with both names and address as same
Our internal travels together - The air tickets
No hotel reservations
lots of pictures with my mom, her dad , aunts , uncles, friends, nieces, step daughter ... different family pictures with us it

On May 8, 2020, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC19905........ We sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by May 23, 2020. I’m from Houston I sent everything on august 10. Fingerprint November 19. And today my case was approved. Thank Be to God and my husband who filled up everything .

Can I apply for re-entry permit while waiting for my 10 year greencard?
Hi guys. I am a conditional resident, my 2 year greencard is expiring this summer So I am about to apply for the removal of conditions I-751. Once I applied for the removal of conditions, does anyone know if I am eligible to also apply for re- entry permit? (To be able to go outside of the US for longer term) I would go with my USC husband but I wonder if USCIS would let me get permit. Please advise

After logging in to my account on uscis website I’ve found out today that they’ve sent me a request for evidence.
Can anyone please share your experience what could come next more likely? I understand that they are looking at my case and finally working on it (it’s been over a year since I applied for removal of conditions).
My service center is in Vermont and I also applied with n400 a couple of weeks ago. Maybe that is a contributing factor as well.
Now I’m really nervous....

How long is Vermont wait ?
I filed I-751 in January 2019
It’s been so long
I’m a samesex petitioner
And my wife wants a divorce
We filed jointly and she is not supportive of me being here anymore.
She just uses me for my money ,she said the only reason she married me was for me to work and support her I’m just a worthless immigrant.
She said she will call immigrations and tell them that our marriage is false even though it isn’t.
We live together,have life insurance everything together. And she controls my paycheck.
It’s because I stop working during the covid19 that her ugliness is showing.
We have no income so now all he’ll is breaking lose.
And I’m stressed because the last thing updated on my immigration file is
“ 2020, we updated your name for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt ”
I don’t know if they probably lost my documents.

Statements
3 were mine
3 were hers
Bank accounts 2 joint

hello all. I received an rfe in the beginning of april. on april 24 i looked at my case status and it said they had received my response to the rfe. how long after receiving rfe response should i expect an answer? my filing date is may 16 2019 and its vermont sc.
