I751 & N-400
Hi guys,

Thanks for sharing your experience here. Can someone tell me if I will have two separate interviews or just combo interview?

I applied for naturalization based on military service and later I also applied for remove condition on my green card. N-400 in March 20 and I-751 in April 20.

Thank you,

Weird status on my account
Hi everyone

I sent my i751 application around the end of last month. I already received my extension letter but some weird status shows up today on the status page of my account. Here is what it says.

[

March 20, 2020
Card Produced - (Non-DACA)
USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided.

]

I didn’t even send my application until after that data (March 20,2020)

I also didn’t receive any card or mail except the extension letter earlier last week.

So what could this be:
- they automatically removed my conditions and sent me a card or
- some type of system glitch.

Please share your thoughts if you ever had similar experience.

USCIS Reopening new date

On March 18, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services temporarily suspended in-person services at its field offices, asylum offices, and application support centers (ASCs) to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). USCIS is readying offices to reopen on or after June 4. Employees in these offices are continuing to perform mission-essential services that do not require face-to-face contact with the public while the offices are closed.

While offices are temporarily closed, USCIS will continue to provide limited emergency in-person services. Please call the USCIS Contact Center for assistance with emergency services.

USCIS field offices will send notices to applicants and petitioners with scheduled appointments and naturalization ceremonies impacted by the extended temporary closure. USCIS asylum offices will send interview cancellation notices and automatically reschedule asylum interviews. When the interview is rescheduled, asylum applicants will receive a new interview notice with the new time, date and location of the interview. When USCIS again resumes operations for in-person services, USCIS will automatically reschedule ASC appointments due to the temporary office closure. Individuals will receive a new appointment letter in the mail. Those who had InfoPass or other appointments must reschedule through the USCIS Contact Center once field offices are open to the public again. Please check to see if the respective office has been reopened before calling the Contact Center.

Please also visit uscis.gov/coronavirus for updates. For the latest information on the status of an office, visit https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/uscis-office-closings.

I-751 Vermont
Hi.

I applied for my 10 year green card back in September 2019 and Biometrics done in November 2019. The website says "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" and no update until now.

Issue: Me and my wife does not get along. We always fight almost everyday and she says bad things, insults me and even hit, bit and scratches me. She threatens me that she will report me as fraud to the immigration saying that we only married for papers which is not true. The marriage isn't working. I am so tired, stressed and I want to leave.

I don't want to wait for my papers which I know will take a long time to be processed. I want to leave the marriage now. But I'm scared of her and what she says she'll do.

Can she really report and have me deported? Is there a way she can report me to the immigration and tell them I'm a fraud?
