Hi all,
I want to share my experience so far.
I sent my package 751 on November 2018
Done fingerprint and my status was fingerprint done
I divorced on April 2019 and send a waiver on July 2019
My status in November changed “ we transferred your case to ne jurisdition” that from the notice I received is in Summit Missouri.
Has received the notice on Feb 2020 then nothing else.
My letter for the extension will expire on august 2020.
Do you have some advise or suggestion for me?
Should I be positive or need to be worry?

*Jan 19/2020 package sent(i751)
*I had to call after to month for notice letter and extension letter
* 2 weeks after extension letter received
* November 11/2020 fingerprint done
* December 5th fingerprint update on case
*March 26/2020 new card being produced
** I'm waiting for card now
Because of this community I didn't spend a dime on lawyer. Thx you all

Hello,
I would like to share my experience here , do far it’s been exhausting but I’m still positive.
I sent my i751 package on 11/30/2018. No update on whether it was received for about 2weeks. I called USCIS and was able to get a receipt number. With the receipt number status showed case was received and receipt notice sent. I was told to reach USCIS if I didn’t get the receipt notice. I reached them to inform I never got the notice and the person said no notice was even sent initially. Well, I was given another day to get another notice. After all the back and forth, I got my notice 54 days later. I waited till 11/08/2019 for biometrics. On 03/18/2020, I finally got an update that a request for additional evidence was sent. Up till this moment this mail is not in my mail box yet. This process has taken me 16months so far. I’m hoping that it I get this RFE and know exactly what they are asking for. The wait is really killing me but I guess I have no other choice than to keep waiting It would surely end well.

No biometrics update online
I want to ask, what do someone do if biometrics is not updated online after 3 months of fingerprinting? Case is still saying “ case was received” and biometrics was done for about 3 months now with no update. Does it worth calling the USCIS ? Almost everyone I know have updated few days or weeks after fingerprints were done
