Fingerprint was Taken update
“As of Jan 31, 2019, fingerprints relating to your form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence Number__________, have been applied to your case.” How much longer do I have to wait? And how long do I have to wait before I can file for citizenship?

Hello everyone,

For I751
Do somebody know at what time USCIS won’t request for evidence?
How can you tell if USCIS will not ask request of evidence please base on your experience?

Thanks

Removal of conditions
It has been 10 months since I applied to remove conditions. Status on USCIS website changed to fingerprint review was added to your case status. What do i expect next, any ideas?

Hey everyone.
Happy holidays. Thanks to everyone that gives input on here. I filed for my ROC on May the 23rd and got my 18 months extension about 2 weeks later. Got a fingerprint notice sometime in September and got my finger print done October 22nd and on the 23rd, The status changed to fingerprint completed. Not heard from them yet. Going through it with my marriage right now and we separated but not divorced and she saying she ll stay by me till its over. We prolly going to get back together because we love each other just got too many family members and friends envious of our marriage. However if we don't, I don't know what will happen.
I am due for my citizenship in May but my attorney advised not to rush with that because it makes USCIS kind of curios but at this time I am not bothered about that. I just want inputs from people that have similar cases or people that are on the same time or similar time frame like mine. I am sure its the Nebraska office.
Thank you all in advance

No Visitors
Hey guys, do you guys know if it's true that i can't have anyone visiting me because I had tourist/visitor visa when I first entered USA and later married and stayed? I came in August 2014 and went back, came again in February 2015 & got married then went back. I finally came in July 2015 & didn't go back but rather decided to adjust my status. I was issued a 10 year green card in March 2019. My daughter tried to visit and was denied, reason given is that i entered with b1/b2, got married and stayed so she won't be getting any Visa for a long time. Any experience with this or advice. Thanks
