Sept 2nd, 2019........... Fingerprint was done
Sept 4, 2019................... Status changed to Fingerprint was completed.
Status remains Fingerprint was completed, and I have read in this forum some folks within this time range got their cards...........Do we have anyone in my situation or similar?

Hello everyone,
I filled my I751 in mid October
NOA letter with 18 extension was sent on 10/31/19
Biometrics appointment letter received last Friday with appointment on 12/12/19
How has everyone experience going with the Texas office. Read many experiences and see that usually takes about 2-4 month after biometrics for GC approval? My husband and I have been married for 5 years and have 2 kids together.

Medicaid after Greencard?
Hi everybody,
My green card was approved recently. Since it's open enrollment time, we want to apply for health insurance. In case if the healthcare.gov wants to send my application to medicaid, should I accept it? Are there any negative consequences of using medicaid during neutralization? Thank you in advance.

Check not cashed for I 751
Hi guys,
How long does it take them these days to cash the check for I-751 petition? I know they recently implemented a rule where you have to send everything to a USCIS lockbox versus directly to the service center. Has that increased the time they take to send out receipt notices? Please help! They received my application (G-145 included) on November 18, 2019. Still haven't heard anything yet.

Motion to terminate removal proceedings
Good morning, I'm from Cuban, but I came to USA in November 2017, I was in immigration center detention for 37 days, and after that I got a paroled under Sec 212 (d)(5). When I was out of the detention center one month later, I received my firth citation for my immigration court, I have already gone to 3 immigration courts, and I have the last one the next year in august 2020. In December 2018 I applied for my green card under the Cuban adjustment law. I got my fingerprint, I went to my interview and they approved my green card, and finally I got it, my permanent resident card. But now I don't want to wait until my last immigration court, I want to close my case, but i need to know how to write a Motion of Termination. Thank you so much, and I hope you can help me, thanks.
