I-751 TIMELINE/Transferred Case/Sent an Inquiry
Here is my timeline:

8/1/18 - Filed/Receipt Date

6/11/19 - Case was transferred to Potomoc SC from CA SC.

7/12/19 - Biometrics Done

11/20/19 - At this time, processing time for Potomac is 15-16 months 8/2/18. I sent an inquiry but it says it is outside of normal processing time. I called USCIS at 800-375-5283. Agent said that it is outside of normal processing based on the CA SC but since my case was transferred to Potomac she sent an inquiry today - allow 30 days for response from USCIS.

Anyone have the same situation?

Filing without your spouse
Hello all, I need advice. It will be time soon to file 751, but my husband has been horrible to me and I am not sure he is going to cooperate. He is extremely jealous and has it set in his head I have cheated on him, which I have not. He is also threatening with reporting me, writing a certified letter to immigration stating I only married him to get a gc, filing a report with the police etc. Anyone has a similar experience? Can I file without him even if we’re still married? If I do, can he still cause problems for the case? Thank you.

Evidences question
Hello, how do you send evidences such as utility bills and bank account history? I mean do you send every singe bill that you had for 2 years? Just want to make sure I’m doing it correct. Or maybe you can request simplified transaction history from bank and utilities? Thanks in advance)

I-751 long waiting
Hi there,

I jointly filed from LA in May and my case was received on May 10th. The sent me an 18 months extension but I have not been called in yet for the Biometrics. I checked their site and all it says is Case Received.

Is it normal? Wath's the current timeline? It has been 6 months now since May 10.

Any opinion?

Thank you so much!

File date
Can you please tell me what does “file date” mean exactly? Is it the date you sent your papers to USCIS or is it the date you put when you signed I-751? Thank you!
I’m about to send my in beginning of December right when my 90day period start, but I signed all forms a week ago with the date.

Pending I-751 and applying for N400
Hi all,
Does anybody know what happens when you apply for N-400 while have pending i751?
Does the interview make decision for both applications during the interview?
Also, does the N400 process take longer if you change your first name, or same process time?
Please share you experience!

Thanks!
