After 24 months of GC expiry date , Potomac- work status ?
So my conditional GC expires on Feb 2023 and I filed on 1/21 and got 24 month extension from end date of conditional greencard . If after 24 months Potomac still does not process it what happens to my status and work status and everything? Will I still be in status to keep working at my job ?

Apply for N400 now , expecting I751 GC in March 2023
Hi Potomac filer here priority date 1/6/2021. Given Potomac’s 24-25 months wait expecting GC approval in Feb or March of 2023. Is it wise to apply for N400 now ? Will it delay the process even further beyond March 2023 or will it make it faster ?

I-751 Filing Question
Hello,

I received my condition GC in January 2021. I am applying for a renewal. We have moved away for school and will move back to our permanent home after I am done with school in May 2023.

Let me elaborate

GC Received - 01/2021
GC Expires - 01/2023
Graduate/Move back home - 05/2023

What should I put for my physical address? Do I put my current living address or my permanent home address because I will only be at my current living address only until May and will be moving back home.

Current Living Address - File in Phoenix, AZ
Permanent Home Address - File in Carol Stream, IL

June 3, 2020 filed I-751 to Texas Service Center. They immediately transferred to the Potomac Service Center. Status updated to finger prints taken June 16, 2020. It's a strong application, we were interviewed at original green card interview, so met the waiver requirement ie they aren't required to interview us again. No concerns whatsoever, still married, lived together for 10 years. Yet USCIS is 29 month in with no decision. If you look at processing times, Potomac is 100% more behind or more than the others, it now says 25.5 month for 80% of cases. Just poor administration on their part.

California i751
hey guys, tough situation here. I applied to I-751 in nov 2021. in California processing time was 10months. I checked the application we submitted and found a lot of mistakes. probably what causing all the delays. so I filed a new one and wrote a letter with all the errors that is fixed and sent it to USCIS. never received any confirmation. now to add on this, my wife can’t stand this stress anymore and asking for a divorce. will I file for a waiver now or should I just wait if I get RFE? looks like I’m Cali divorces takes 6months too so I won’t have any final divorce paper work. I appreciate any feedback?

Abuse waiver
Hello everyone.
Please i have a very logical question?
Can someone convert his/her i751 joint filing petition to divorce waiver petition on interview day..??
Like telling the officer to change it to divorce waiver without prior notification.
Thanks alot..

APRIL 21ST 2021 VERMONT Approved!
Hi guys

I applied on April 21st 2021, Vermont center. My biometrics were applied on May 18th 2021. Today, November 10th 2022, a new card is being produced!

Same-sex marriage here. No RFE and no interview. Evidence sent was 3 notorized affidavits from friends, 3 joint tax transcripts, 3 lease agreements, joint bank account statements from the past 3 years (checking and savings), joint health insurance with detailed medical usage and light/internet bills (also for the past 3 years). We sent about 20 photos as well. Not a very large packet by any means (as we are very young), but it was sure enough for the approval!
Good luck to you all!!!! Your time is coming soon <3
