I met my US Citizen husband in Europe, we lived several years together, visited US few times, then during the last visit we desired to married. We did, then returned to Europe and filled for a CR-1 visa at the US Embassy. It took us 5.5 months and less than $2.000 in expenses.
Early September 2020 we filed form I-751, mailed the file to Texas Service Center, we received the Form I-797 about 12 days later, case MSC **** **** I have to say there is a large age gap between us that normally raises a red flag. For about 300 days it was total silence. For 300 days my online USCIS account it was saying : ”Case was received”
In May, we desired to visit our relatives in Europe. We left a mailbox key with our neighbor to call us in case a USCIS letter arrives. For 1.5 month we were praying not to receive a letter until the end of our vacation. Bad lack, 2 o'clock midnight we received the unwanted call, an interview letter arrived with a date two weeks from now.
We booked a new flight and we must have a 72 hour PCR test. We are both vaccinated.
What I have to say: As we speak my USCIS online account maintains the statement :
“Case was received”, so, be careful and pay more attention to your mailbox.

I-751 rejection what does it mean?
I have filled out my I-751 form and got a rejection letter.
It says: We are returning your I-751 joing petition and any relating fees as your I-751 joint petition was received prior to the 90- day period immediately preceding the expiration date of your I-551 card.
What does this mean? Did I file it too early? I was early maybe a day or two. Or is this something to do with I-551 card. Any help is appreciated thanks

Remarrying an ex-spouse
I have been married twice to American citizens and both marriages were Hurrible and full of all sorts of abuses and problems such that it’s so hard to continue to remain in such marriages, probably our cultural differences having a huge impact negatively .However I was able to get my 10 years GC based on a waiver.
I can’t stay without a woman to be honest . I don’t want to be carrying different gfs and I just need a woman in my life. I’m thinking of making amends with my first wife back home since we have the same cultural beliefs and also of all my previous ex’s , she’s much more better as compared to the previous usc spouses I had . I’m thinking of making amends if possible and then if we fall in love we can remarry. In this case, will I be able to file for her if I become a citizen to bring her to the US ?

After GC Lawyer insisting on taking a clear copy of GC? any idea why?
I hired a lawyer for (( the interview only )) for my adjustment of status to have a lawyer present in case we needed one, now after my case got approved and received the green card.
The lawyer is asking for a clear copy front and back of my green card, do you know why he would be asking for this?
I probably won’t be using his services again.
