Hi everyone, silent reader here. I finally got my EAD approved so here is my timeline:
07/26/2019 Case was received
08/30/2019 Biometrics appointment
01/06/2020 Inquiry about being outside of normal processing times (I got reply but it wasn't really informative)
02/06/2020 Contacted tier 2 officer (again no information was given to me)
02/10/2020 Contacted Ombudsman office
02/19/2020 Card is being produced
Processed by Texas center. Still waiting for the interview schedule for the Green Card.

I got RFE for my L2 EAD renewal.
They asked me to submit again i-94 and spouse i-94
I traveled to canada in between and i never thought it will a issue for me
Guys please be careful and plan things according to situation.Please do check your spouse i-94 also
Problems can come up with unexpected ways.

This forum has been really helpful. I applied for L2 EAD renewal in Nov'19. Now I have potential termination letter from the employer. Can I use this to expedite my case through congressman. Will this act as useful document

I applied for EAD on October 2019 (receipt date is October 8) as an asylee. I haven't heard anything yet. Anyone else have an any experience on timing of EAD? Very much appreciate that.

Pd is July 30th 2019 ( I 131, I 485, I 130, I 765) to NBC
Still waiting for any response for I 131 and I 765. It’s 203 days and in 7 days My application will be out of processing time. Tried to expedited I 131 on January 3rd and sent fax documents too. But no response from uscis. What should I do if still I will not get any update in a week?
I am getting panic because I am a doctor and my residency will start from July 2020 and I must submit my work permit to hospital before June. Otherwise I will waste my one year and residency spot. Still I have 3 more moths is it enough time to get it?

My case is going to 10 months in a weeks time! 02/23/2020. I have not received EAD. What are my options? Here is my timeline and inquiries

Filed: filed AOS with forms I130/I485/I765/I131
Priority Date: 04/23/2019
1st Expedite: 05/13/2019. Severe Financial loss-Was Losing job because of expiring EAD
Faxed Evidence
Wrote to Senator, congressman and ombudsman
Response to expedite: Need to complete Biometrics
4/30/2019: Biometrics and Biometrics Acceptance.
2nd Expedite: 05/24/2019 as above but now with complete biometrics.
05/30/2019. Requested to mail in Rfe based on form I130
05/31/2019: lost job
06/18/2019. Confirmation receipt for RFE for form i130
3rd Expedite: 09/09/2019: No response
4th Expedite: 01/23/2020 case outside processing time
01/31/2020: response to case expedite: “Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner.”
I now have another job that I am required to start on 02/24/2020 after submission of EAD. What are my options? Can an attorney help?
