8 months
8 months since we applied for I-485, I-765 and i-131 on June 11th 2019.
That is 245 days.
Nothing has moved. Even I-485 still says "Fingerprints fee received .." although bio was done on the 8th of July.
We became outside of normal processing time on the 17th of January. That is when we opened a case inquiry.
That is also the day we contacted the local congresswomen.
Multiple calls to the USCIS since, they would always just shoot us down "They have 30 days to answer to your case inquiry".
When we log in, we can see that the case inquiry hasn't been assigned to anyone yet. In 6 days 30 days for an answer to the case inquiry will be over.
I can then open another case inquiry.
Called the congresswomen office today, to ask if they have the date when they sent ti to the USCIS, they also just kind of brushed me off like
"When was the date that you brought your paperwork? ... Oh i see, we must have sent it by now". We were asking if they can look up the date when it was sent, nope they cannot/don't want to.
They say there are "a lot of people contacting them".
So, processing time is out, case inquiries don't work. Congresswomen doesn't work. My lawyer says there is nothing he can do.
I literally don't know what to do with this thing. This is amazing.

After doing the biometrics it updated on 11/27/19 to "We are actively reviewing your Form I-765"
02/04/20 - We are producing your new card (approval was in the same notice)
02/07/20 - Card was produced
02/10/20 - SSN
02/10/20 - Card was picked up by USPS

I have not received the paper form of the approval notice for I-765, but I am ecstatic.

Case Enquiry (not expedite) via congressman helps?
Hi All,
Have anyone tried reaching out the congressman for raising an enquiry on the case?
I am an Aug filer and don't want to expedite as I don't have offers, also cannot wait further any long until my RD reach out of processing date.
Please suggest..

L2 EAD renewal California September filer
Hi All
I applied in September for my L2 ead extension but no update yet.
I tried to expedite and got email saying only expedite completed and not got any email for evidence
and got this message in email "Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within due course.", and no reply after that.
Could any one seen this kind of message?? if so what i can expect

NBC June/ July forgotten people
Hey guys! Just checking on NBC filers from July and before, hope everyone is still sane! I’m definitely depressed and hopeless! I feel like I need to wait at least 2 more months to even get a response for my case inquiry :\

November 21,2019-Received my NOA1 for AP AOS

EAD approved
Hi everyone, I received my EAD on 8th of February 2020 but no interview date for my I 485 application yet. I filled for I 130 ,I 485 and I 765 concurrently, my PD is 06/24/2019, married to USC. Please any advice?.
