Would like to know if anyone from Columbus Ohio got their interview scheduled?

I 485 C(9) Notice of Action - Interview was scheduled March 22

Is it common to get Interview before I 765 is approved?

I 130 and I 131 are still case received

Any one with similar cases please can you share your experience

When do you guys think I should be receiving my social. I literally check the mail box a few times a day

Hello guy I am new to this forum but after reading some post I realized I can be helped here.
My EAD card was approved on the 12th of February 2019 and I was told by the USCIS that the USPS picked my card for delivery on 16th of February 2019.But it's now more than a month my card has not been delivered. I was given a tracking number when I check the tracking history the last update was on 19th of February 2019 it states ' Awaiting Delivery Scan' . I have been to USPS office more than 4 times they keep on telling me they will call back but no response. But they acknowledge they recieved the mail. Pls can some one help me with a solution out.

The Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, because they could not deliver it.

We cancelled the scheduled interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Although I never got a notice of scheduled interview.

On March 4, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. My I review date is 9th April.

While the above was going on I decided to expedite my I 765. So on 25th of February I called uscis and my info was recorded and told that I would receive a email in five days time requesting for evidence.

28 of February I got the email. I faxed my evidence which was my medical bill statement. I also contacted my Congress men but never got a reply. Maybe because they are both Republicans...just kidding.

On March 4, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1S0581904244MSC, was completed. Now I dont know if the request to expedite my EAD card got them to schedule my interview for AOS because I got the update few hours after.
Things started to get interesting. I got the breakthrough update

The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card.

Meanwhile I already registered for informed delivery with usps, so I was already monitoring mails coming to my apartment. I got the update that my package would arrive later 8pm on 19th of March. I had an active hold mail set up on 15 to 21 of March.

That faithful morning I went joyfully to usps office to get my package only to get the shock of my life. I was told the package has been delivered...whaaaat!... how! I have an active holdmail howser that even possible. I checked with the tracking number and saw that card was or has been delivered to my mail box at 12:33pm and it was 11 as when I was there.

I joyfully went to check my mail and nothing was there. I checked with the apartment office nothing. Went back only to get the approval notice but no package. Today I spoke with the mailman that usually delivers to my apartment and he said its should be at the office. Uptill this moment I haven't seen my card. They are not even taking responsibility for their carelessness. Am tired, worried, frustrated and confused. I still have medical Bill's, wife to take care of, and cant still prepare or gather evidence for my interview.

Please I need advice

Hi all,

I just received a notification stating that "my case is ready for the interview". Still no update on my EAD/AP status. I wonder how long after today I receive the notification from them to learn the interview date? They have said we will mail it but not sure if that means they mailed it today. Please advise and do not lose hope on your own cases!

My OPT EAD was received by the USCIS on January 14th, 2019. When will my case likely get approved in California?

How long after the notice approval do you actually get the physical EAD card?

here is my timeline:

I-765/ I-131/I-485 filed concurrently (Texas)

R.D. October 05, 2018
Bio: November 09
Last update @ USCIS website: Case was received (I-765 & I-131), Fingerprint fee was received (I-485).

No other notification received... I thought I was the only one but I have seen many cases in this forum where the case status has remained unchanged for a long time.

My lawyer requested expedite processing on March 04 but they have no answer yet. They say that they "would consider it". How long does it take to have an answer (positive or negative) about the expedite requests?

I'm in my day 168 and 17 left to raise a case inquiry.

AOS through marriage and expensive lawyer (I self-filed all DACA related forms before, but didn't want to risk it).

No expediting, no calls, just waiting.

MSC/NBC receipt numbers (I-485/I-765/I-130), didn't file for AP/EAD combo card.
