EAD card lost by post office
My USCIS account, app, informed delivery, and tracking says my card was delivered 03/23.

Received EAD/AP approval notices 03/21/2019, and tracking # 03/22. Initially, it said my card would be delivered today (Monday), but then it changed to Saturday 03/23 - it never came even though the tracking said it was delivered 03/23.
This morning, I called USPS. They scheduled a call back at 9:00, 35-52 minutes...guess what? I’m still waiting to be called.
I then called USCIS. The customer service rep. who was very, very rude said that it’s beyond their control and will have to resubmit my application and wait another 4-6 months even though my case is already approved. By the way, I got my case expedited also. What makes you think I have time to wait another 4-6 months? I asked her to put me through to a Tier 2 officer. She said “the officer will tell you the same thing”, I said “that’s okay. I rather hear it from an officer. Just let me be sure.”
20 minutes later, I got a call back. She did say I have to resubmit the I-765/I-131 packet BUT I first have to go to the post office, and get a letter stating that my card is indeed lost/wasn’t delivered. Then submit the packet, and they’ll give me a service request number, and reproduce the card.
Thankfully, I checked my mailbox again just now, and my EAD card did come.
I read other person’s experiences and they were not so lucky. So if this happens, pray it comes or head straight to the post office and resubmit your packet as soon as possible.

Took time, but was worth
As a silent reader, I was paying attention to every story, every detail. Waiting every day for news about my process, hoping that was not another 6+ months story, and maybe I was another lucky one that got it around the 90 days line. And indeed it was. I got an update today saying that my card was being produced.

My timeline is:
RD: December 20
Bio: December 28
A card is being produced: March 25th

This process was under marriage (c9) category

Hopefully, like many other people around here, I get my interview soon but a huge part of this process went through and I'm really happy about it.

I 765 EAD approved about a month ago but hasn’t been mailed out.
Hi guys,

I’m a November 2018 filer.

I485, I130 and I765 sent Nov. 28, 2018
Biometrics done on Dec. 26
I got a job offer so I expedited my I765 in Feb. 2019. My case was approved on the
27th of Feb and status changed to card being produced. It’s been almost a month now and my card hasn’t been mailed yet. The date on New card being produced status changed to 8th of March and it’s also been more than 2 weeks since then. I was wondering if anyone here is or has gone through a similar situation. If you did, what steps did you take to get your card mailed from USCIS. Any or advice would be greatly appreciated.
