Dear Members,
my PD was March 2015,(EB3 catagory). i am indian citizen but my wife was born in saudi arabia. so my application was in saudi quota
EAD received on May 2015
RFE received on June 2015,
RFE response received by USCIS on july 2015
after that no response from USCIS till march 2016. approached congressmen of my area.
USCIS responded they are working on my case
on July 6th I-485 got approved for myself and my wife
how long does it take for the GC to arrive. wil they send the GC directly or few more approval needed before it is done.
also i my contract got over so i am out of job now since one week. will this cause any problem in getting the GC at this stage
please suggest

Regular Processing EB2 I-485 TSC Timeline
Hi Everyone!
Can anyone help me and post their EB2 visa timeline, regular processing? I recently applied through Texas Service Center. My I-140 was approved on June 21st and I am still awaiting for the receipt notices of my I-485, I-131 and I-765.
Also, my attorney applied for my I-140 first. Is it true that you'll get your green card sooner if you apply your I-140 and I-485 concurrently?

Employment problem and EB3
Hello everyone,
Could you please share your experience about this problem:
I came to the US with employment based eb3 green card. When I entered I called the employer, they said because of some problem they are in court and changing their management. They asked me to wait and after 6months They refused to hire me. I didn't work there even 1 day. They sent me a letter that shows the reason for not hiring me was not my fault. Is that acceptable enough for USCIS in the time of the citizenship interview?

04/29/2016: Combo card mailed (I-131 online status was never updated)
05/05/2016: Biometric completed
06/17/2016: I-485 Approved and card under production

I have been waiting for my green card for over a year. I have opened three SR's and all they tell me is to wait. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any feedback/guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Since then there has been absolutely no progress on my case. I have been checking status online and it says we received your fingerprinting fees and NSC is processing your case...I opened three SR's but same email response each time "your case has been pre-adjudicated". What should I do from here? Has anyone else experienced something like this? Please let me know. Thank you
