My priority date PD is 1 April 2019 and my centre is California. As per USCIS processing time for I130 spouse visa, it takes 11 to 14.5 months. I had not got any letter till date and what is after getting letter and how long total time it will take. Also what is I131,I485,I765??? anyone know please explain

Need some advice.

I just got married to a usc and now we are preparing documents to apply for Green Card.
I'm not sure if I should mention Alien# from a previously issues EAD as it was cancelled and I never used it for work or travel.
- In 2017, I applied under EB-1 and I applied for all the forms i.e. I-140, I-485 and I-131, at that time I received the EAD, hence the Alien# but then the I-140 got rejected and so EAD card was voided/cancelled.
- In 2019, I applied under EB-2 and right now it is in 'I-140 Pending' status.

Do I need to mention the voided/cancelled Alien# in my marriage-based application?
Any help will be appreciated.

 I had submitted all documents to NVC and then NVC check and varified all my documents on 31, oct 2019
I’m waiting for visa interview letter as my PD is current so anyone related to this kind of case plz reply and discuss our cases bcz this long process is very frustrating bcz I’m waiting from 30 months and still didn’t receive visa interview letter.

I will be a US citizen in a month, and I'd like to sponsor my mom for green card as soon as I get my citizenship. My dad passed away almost 13 years ago so my mom has neither Marriage Certificate nor the Death Certificate for my dad.

What documents are needed for i-130 and the later steps? Can anyone please share experiences?

My aos application is finally approved. A day after my interview. Thanks to the amazing forum.

I got an email saying approval notice is sent out. Any idea by when I can expect my gc card?
Is the card going to my lawyer address or it will come to me directly ?

I-765 - Case being actively reviewed by USCIS - 11/27/2019
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview- 12/12/2019

I’ve seen various times for complete process but I’m thankful to GOD and will continue to keep a positive mind.

Has anyone had any similar response time and if so how long did it take for the interview to be scheduled?

I'm currently F-1 student visa here in Northern Virginia.
My mother is sponsoring me under F2B (Family Based Greencard).

Priority Date: May-02 2012
Receipt Date: Mar-28 2019
Biometric Done: Apr-25 2019
Case outside normal processing email sent: Oct-22 2019 (No response back yet still).

Still waiting on my EAD card and my greencard approval notice..
Does anyone know what's going on with my case :S ?

Finished my marriage interview , me and usc wife interview separately. Officer was very professional, we answered all questions very good and my wife answered good too.

Interviewer said he got everything, and it looks good. He said I should get a conditional green card in 2 weeks. He said he will reach out to me if needs anything more.

After 1 hr... I get alert saying my case must be reviewed. Is it normal? Do I need to expect any long delays

Just wondering if anyone knows or had experience had their petition approved with case starting IOE? Not sure what service center that is since it's fairly new receipt.

Seeing alot of people say 18-24 months approval?
