H1B interview in Toronto - 4.5 months AP
Hello

I did my interview on 8th of November 2017 and since then I am on Administrative Processing
My status date has been updated 3 times so far
I received a couple of questions very similar to ds-5535 form but in email format on 9th March 2018.
I have responded to their questions on 12th March 2018.

Do you think it is a good sign that I received these questions after 4 months?
Could you please share your experience with me.

Thank you very much.

Boarding
Hi guys,
I have the EAD-GC, I'm worried about getting a hard time when it's time to board since I don't have a valid visa anymore and most of the airport agents don't know what an Advance Parole means. What should I bring with me to prove that AP is a valid document? Last time that I was here I had the J1 visa and it was still valid and they didn't want let me board because they never saw that kind of visa before.

Thanks

Track your case!
Hi y'all!

Someone posted a more detailed way to track your case. It's better than the regular check your case status. This is the link https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov you'll need to create an account.

ADVANCE PAROLE FOR DREAMERS (DACA)
Hi everyone !
I am new to this site. I have been reading for at least an hour. All the info is very helpful. I have to say I'm very confused. I see a lot of people posting travel experiences. I though you can't travel with advance parole anymore since Trump announcement on September. I have DACA and would like to travel to my home country (Ecuador) this year. Can anyone with DACA share their travel experience ? Also, I was reading people with AP showed a passport when arriving to USA. Is this a passport from your country ? What documents they ask when you come back to USA ?

Everything you can tell me will help ! Thanks a lot !

XOXO

Adriana from New York

EAD for AOS
HI, I recently applied for AOS through marriage. I am on OPT and my husband is US citizen. My PD is August 2017, done with the fingerprint in November as of now the only thing approved is my AP. I got the letter of approval in late December 2017. I am still waiting for my EAD approval and the Green card interview date. Has anyone else been in the similar situation? The delays are killing me, I got a job offer in December but now they are saying if I don't get my EAD by end of Feb they will look for some other candidate.
