Any suggestions...
My husband got his AP approved on 08/20/17 and is good until 11/07/17. We plan on going to see his ill grandmother this wknd. But due to the whole DACA situation I am VERY scared to go and him not be allowed back in. We have been married many years (I'm a US Citizen) and have 3 US Citizen kids so this is not an option. We leave on the 23rd and come back on the 25th. Can anyone tell about their experience and what we should expect. Thank you so much!!

AP/DACA returned
Hello all! Just want to share my experience....
I left to Mexico on 9/13 through LAX and came back on 9/18 through LAX as well, upon my arrival there were 2 lines for citizens and visitors so I took the visitor line but one of the officers there seen I was with my husband and 2 kids he issued that family stays together so they let them go with me , husband and I were super nervous, as they kept changing us from different lines because it was kinda packed. Finally we got to an immigration officer I gave my kids and hubby's passport first as they're citizen's then mine, he was super nice about it he made me filled out a form then took my finger prints and picture. Then he said to wait for another officer because my passport needed a special stamp. I got super nervous but kept calm, my poor husband just looked at me with fear, officer arrived right away , took my passport, AP papers and tools us to another office, it was lonely and told us to take a sit, waited for about 5 minutes stamp my passport didn't asked any questions, handed back my passport only, I asked if I was supposed to get an AP paper back since I gave him 2, very rudely said "No, you can go now" at that point I didn't care I just wanted to leave right away. Then towards the exit another officer checked us again and said " oh you're one of those", he asked if we were related my husband said she's my wife and kids, then he asked him how come he hasn't sponsor me yet, I replied that it was in process already, then very rudely said " they'll never approved anyway " hubby got super upset but I just grabbed his hand and we left. What really matters that we made it back safely!
Don't be afraid and do it! I was told by many people and attorneys not to go, but my gut was telling me different!

Advance Parole
I have an EAD card with advance parole, pending my application of a green card. What exactly do I need to show the Immigration officer when I return to the US? Do I just need to show my Philippine passport and the EAD Card with Adv Parole? Or are there other documents I need to show?

Thanks for your help!

Travelling using AP more than once
Hey all, have anyone travel out of USA more than once using the same AP?
At the immigration the last time I came back from my home, they stamped "Paroled until next year", so does that mean that I am good to travel more than once until then?\
Does the traveling affect the AOS Application?

Anyone with experience, please do share with me.
Thank you and very much appreciated

AP
I have a question in regards to the AP.

On Sept 6th, I received an email that my document was mailed to. I received it on 9/11. The AP documents doesn't have a date issued on it. I am not 100% sure that it was approved prior to 9/5. Does anyone else's AP document not have a "date issued" on it?

I have been following this page for a few days now and i love all the positive comments.

My husband received his advanced parole last Friday. We are traveling this Saturday from
Phoenix to Nogales, he was only given one day. It will be a quick trip. We will be back that same day.

Keep us in your prayers please.
