Can I sponsor myself?
I-485 Marriage based, Petitioner’s income is not enough to meet the requirements, our Joint-Sponsor can’t provide all necessary supporting documents for proof of income, we have only most recent W2 and bank statements, missing the Tax Transxript from IRS.
I worked legally in US for past 4.5 years, have Work Authorization based on another pending case(asylum), and I make more than enough to meet the requirements. Can I fill new form I-864A and list myself as household member and check the box that I am Intended Immigrant and bring it to the interview? Anyone had same situation?

San Antonio, Texas Filer: Marriage based I-485
Good Morning Everyone! I have been reading everyone's posts to guide me with my application. My wife and I had our interview last 10/24/19 and was approved on the spot. I would like to share our experience as it is one of the things I read in this forum. The processing time. I hope I am able to help someone with this post.

Application Sent for I-485, EAD, and AP: 04/14/2019
USCIS receipt of application (letter): 04/22/2019
Appointment notice for biometrics (letter): 05/17/2019
Biometric Appointment: 06/03/2019
"Case ready for interview" on USCIS site: 07/17/2019
"interview was scheduled" on USCIS site: 09/19/2019
Notice of Interview received on 09/23/2019 (letter)
Interview date on: 10/24/2019 (Approved on the spot)

The interview was fast. The wait time was longer than the interview. The officer just asked me my wife's full name, date of birth, and how we met. She complimented our application papers as it was organized and she found it easy to read over evidences of true relationship. She told us she will approve our case and should expect to receive my greencard in 2-3 weeks. Goodluck everyone! Prayer helps! The waiting time kept me and my wife worried but as long as you have all the information they ask for, everything will be smooth. Best of Luck to all that are in this journey.

Second Interview Marriage Based AOS Miami Office
Me and my wife USC had our first interview in middle of september 2019, interview duration was around 45 minutes, we thought interview went well and we brought enough evidence. At the end of interview officer said that our case will be reviewed, did not gave us any timeframe. Few days ago we got notice from local USCIS office that we will have second interview and list of documents to bring(same documents that we already submitted and showed at the interview). Only problem is, in listed doxuments USCIS is asking for most recent paystubs from sponsor and co-sponsor, W2’s and Taxt Return Transcripts. Because at the moment wheb we married my wife sid not met the requirements we asked her friend to be my co-sponsor, she agreed an that and we filled the form and got all supporting documents, but that was last year(2018). This year her friend provided us only W2 Copy and bank statements right before our first interview in september. Now my wife and her friend stopped communication for various reasons, so we can’t ask her to provide Tax Return form and more recent documentation. But after we got married me and my wife filled taxes jointly, and it shows that our ijoint income was more than enough to meet the requirements. Questin: can we fill new sponsor form I-864 for my wife and show on it our new income, so my wife will meet requirements to be my sponsor? If so, could you give some more information on how to do that? Thank you.

Age
Hi everyone

Does age really matter at all?
I am 21 and my wife, a US citizen is 20. We dated for 10 months and decided we are made for each other and we decide to get married with our parents approval. Sound too young but I have less than 7months to graduate college and I am on F1 VISA. We've taken many trip locally and internationally together and we plan to take more in the coming months. I am also celebrating Christmas with her family in Dec.

We have a joint bank account, instagram, facebook, travel document and thousands of pictures. she is still under her parents insurance and I am under my school insurance bcos am an athlete. we use her parents house as our primary address and school as second. We do not have a joint lease because my school covers it all.

question
Will our age be a problem??
does insurance matter??
No Joint lease but we are well cover by my school and her parents crib.

and if we lose our place ticket, can we print out confirmation as a evidence.
Lastly do we need to date all our picture we using for evidence??

Any thoughts! THANKS

Please Help!!!
Hi everyone!
I will have an interview coming up this November. I’m concerned about when they ask about why did we get married? Here is the story, i’m an international student and I only allowed to work on campus, when I met my husband he was working at the gym center belong to the school we went to, so he was the one who help me to get a job there, so I started to have my income. He is used to be a full time employee and the one who paid for most of everything in the house. Since he got into the bachelor program of healthcare, he is not able to work as much as before, so we have a talk about finance and we both decided to get married, so I can go to work and support us financially.
Is it okay to be honest? Will it be considered as marriage for immigration benefits or a red flags on my case?
