I recently tried applying for my hong kong PAR however my par was unsuccessful and showed this message that: You have already made pre-arrival registration that is still valid.
However, I have not completed any par application before this.
Has this happened with anyone else...

I am in H-1B status in the U.S. with valid I-797 and I-94 until 2028 but my visa stamp is expired. I plan to apply for Canada visitor visa (TRV) from the U.S. and travel for a 5 days business trip.
