I'm preparing to file an Adjustment of Status (I-485) petition for my EB2-NIW and my spouse as a concurrent filing. As far as I know, employment-based visas like EB2-NIW usually don't require Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support).
However, since I'm not yet a U.S....

A close friend is stuck in Delhi overnight because her connecting flight has been cancelled. She is a French citizen. She cannot leave the airport because she doesn't have a visa for India. There is no space at the airport hotel.

Hi! I just got my visa approved before japan trip but I am resigning and rendering 30-days notice. My flight is on march 23,2026 and my last day is March 13,2026. Would i be having problems with my immigration? or no since i got my visa approved already. Sorry just overthinking

is this normal? i would like to know what is the reason for it, just ab it of curiosity, had a call from vfs where they said that embassy had requested me to visit the embassy after i come back home from the trip for some reason
