My wife's passport was stolen few days after she arrived. Couldn't even apply for SSN then so for the past 5 months, my wife doesn't have medical insurance. I also am not able to file my income tax because again she doesn't have a SSN. Now we are set to go back to Philippines for her sister's wedding next month but still waiting for EAD and AP. I need more patience. But I also need hope it will come this month..

Has anybody whose PD is between dec 10th and dec 28th receive any update on his or her case with respect to EAD....my case still says we received your finger print fee. My PD is dec 27th

PD 19th Dec, My EAD still read case received and I raised service request 3/6/17 and up till case has not been assigned to any officer. Biometrics done 19th Jan. The waiting is killing.

february 15 i485 is ready to schedule for an interview
nothing since then
this is my 75th day and i tried to do an sr on my ead and they said until my i130 is not approved im not allowed even to do an sr i just have to wait
was your i130 approved when you did sr?
im confused, i never heard that people couldnt do sr on ead.

That's weird, I did my I-765 but they didn't mention anything about my I-130. However, I did it on my 78th day and 91st day, but haven't heard back from USCIS anyways...

This wait is excruciating. I'm an F-1 Chilean national; after my course of studies I started working on OPT, which I STEM-extended. The extended EAD expires today, 3/14/2017. For a number of reasons I was only able to send out my AoS package on December 20, 2016. With a Priority Date of 12/21, I believed the new EAD would be in my hands before the 90-day period (as my previous two EADs had). Today is Day 83, so we're still within processing time, but man, it sucks having to stop working because of this. It's my fault in the first place, but it doesn't make it suck any less, lol

Anyway, just thought I'd share my bit of a story. Good luck to y'all!

The USCIS sent my package back with green notice. Was wrong fee, I just made another check and I sent back everything.
