My interview just got over 1 hour before and it went well. The IO was really nice all the time and she asked me the generic questions and if I have any new joint evidence to submit. Then I submitted the new documents that I collected. She didn't approve the case on the spot. She gave me a white form that said the case is held for review and can raise an inquiry after 120 days. Now my online USCIS case status got updated to "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed".. Hoping to get an approval by next week.
Does anyone know how long it takes for the review after interview? I'm guessing San Francisco might be slow on that.

Oh,wow,so it went smoothly! Awesome, I hope you get a decision asap! Some get it the same or next day.In many cases, the officer that's doing the interview just needs to get the approval of a supervisor. But,yeah, waiting again is nerve wreckingI still didn't get interview letter
driving me nuts right now.... can you share, what additional evidence, documents you took to the interview?

Ires Caligirl I got my i-485 approved now!! Just took 2 hours. Yayy!!
IO complimented on how organized these documents are submitted. Hope the tips might be helpful to someone.
Tips I used from USCIS site: https://www.uscis.gov/us-visa-and-im...rm-filing-tips:
1. Took one-sided printouts of the documents. 90 pages.
2. Photos submitted were 4*6 glossy prints from Walgreens. Pasted two pictures per page of A4 white sheet papers. And added the event, location, date and people present in each picture left to right. IO said it was great to annotate each pictures with details.
3. Attached sticky tabs at bottom of page at the beginning of each exhibit sections. Sticky tabs used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002VLAWFO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8
4. Tried not to make oversize documentation, by selecting only valid documents having both our names.
5. I used binder-paper-clips and skipped two-hole punching. But saw USCIS is storing the documents with two-hole punching on the top. So it might be useful to do the following. "Use fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated."
