Well, the wait begins now. as per the timeline we should be getting EAD around mid November. Stay put people.

I'm still a week out from bio appointments. I filed near end of month; Also, York, PA facility specified that they don't allow walk-ins, so I'm a little behind most. Still, it's nice to see relatively consistent timelines.

It’s been 52 days since my status changed to “Fingerprint fee was received”... done my biometrics 1 month ago and still no news so far. I saw they are just now processing I-765 filed on 3/21/2019...

Quick update from me, case is ready to be scheduled for interview as of 5th September. now have to wait for Chicago office to give us a slot.

Ires i think something is tied with the Bio-metric, the sooner you do it the better. Also it does seem NBC is processing pretty fast these days and hopefully you will have good news this month as well. Also, please add your timeline in your signature so its much easier to track for others.

USCIS received my I-485 and I-131 and I-765 on Jul 29th.
I received my receipt notice letter for I-485 but I haven't received my Receipt Notice Letters for I-765 and I-131. It is been 45 days!!
I am worried that something has gone wrong with my case.

Is there anyone with similar experience or is it just me?

Hi July filers,

I was away from home for a few days and I just got back today, and found the USCIS Courtesy Letter for I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) in the mail dated September 5, 2019.

Our lawyer said that there is a new version of the form that will be accepted as of 09/23 so it's best to set up appointments after this date. The new version is dated 07/15/2019 and physicians should be aware of this.

Stormlead86 I had my BIO done on August 8th. But I never received an update that review was completed. I know that some people don’t . Anyway, how do I add my timeline to the signature?

hope&patience That’s great! Congratulations! I am really hoping for some update soon! You never submitted a I-693 with your application? I did and I hope they will not want a new one!

Ires Our lawyer advised us not to submit I-693 in order to avoid re-submitting in case of delays. The courtesy letter now instructs that we bring the form with us to the interview (if scheduled). I hope you hear from them soon too! I remember we have similar timelines.

We however submitted 693 with the application, even if the form changes our PD is back in July so we would be able to use the old version. hope&patience what is your field office? how soon we get the interview entirely depends on the field office case loads!!

Stormlead86 Service Center is NBC. Field office should be Manchester, NH based on my zip code. The courtesy letter came through NBC. I read that Manchester, NH are assigning cases to other field offices.

Stormlead86 Ires Any idea approximately when we should expect to receive EAD/AP? I read the processing times but I feel like some just get processed faster etc... any ideas?
