hope&patience It should take 90 days but that seems to be not the case with most cases. It really depends. It says that NBC is now processing I-765 filed on 4/1/2019.

@Ires: Go to user setting by clicking on your username at the top right. In user settings go to account. Scroll down to “conversation detail options” and you will see “edit post signature”.

hope&patience although NBC released our cases and should be sending them to our field offices, the 765 and 131 processing time wont change there. based on the queue we should be getting them around Mid November/ Early December. Of course if they schedule our interview then most likely we wont get them and get GC instead. this forum and VisaJ forum is full of such examples. fingers crossed.

Ires I was in Newark NJ early June before i moved to Chicago for work, otherwise we would be filing buddies .

Don't worry, they sometimes don't update Status and you might get to ready to be scheduled status directly. this is a long process and we will all get through.

Stormlead86 I noticed from reading several forums that May to July 2019 filers are having their GC interview processed faster than 2018 and early 2019 filers. I don't know if this is a correct observation.

Well, Initial verification needs to be done at NBC, if you get RFE or RFIE then NBC will mail it to you. but once case ready to be scheduled status happens then its all about the local office and their workload. I have friends in NYC and SFO and lead time is almost a year in those locations. wait in Chicago should be around 7 months for me though i have seen people like MayBaby got to interview scheduled in just over 4 months here. so its totally random.

It does seems however NBC is handling cases very fast, ready to be scheduled for interview in 2 months is impressive. But then again we both used Lawyers and our documentation was extremely well made. lets hope we get interviews in the coming 2 months.

abraham66 I got them all at once! All three of them on the same day.. I-485, I-765 & I-130.

we received all 4 of them together, 3 was for me(i485, i765 & i131) and one for the wife (i130). didn't add them in timeline.

I just received an update that my interview was scheduled!
On September 13, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
No date mentioned.
