Concurrent filing:
received July 25 2019
NOA’s received August 1 2019.
waiting for bio appointment.
at what point after the bio will I know if I messed something up on any of the forms? And where will I see if they have completed the “bio” review - ready to schedule interview or if my EAD and Advance parole is approved?
I might be going to Punta cana with friends and family in May 2020. Is it realistic that I will receive my travel document by then?
Filed: I-130, I-485, travel doc, ead application, medical, all forms needed + support affidavit + loads of supporting evidence...
thanks guys!

Hey Guys! So I did my biometrics today in Elizabeth, NJ. The whole thing took 1h20mins. I came in, filled out a short form, then waited in line for my number. After I got a number, I was seated in a room and waited to be called. After I was called, they took my picture first, then signutare and then fingerprints and that was it! The actual biometrics process took about 5 mins. If it wasn’t for the long wait, I would be in and out! So far, no change in my case status!Field office: Newark, NJ

Hey guys. I have a problem on receiving the notice with receipt number from USCIS. We did concurrent filling on 7/17/19 for I130, I485, I131, and I765. I received the mails for the receipt numbers for 485, 131, and 765 without any problem. However, I130 receipt number was never been delivered by mail, email, or text. Since the receipt numbers for other forms are 34, 36, and 37, I know my receipt number for 130 should be 35. I checked it online, the system shows 130 was delivered.
However, today I received an email saying my 130 notice could not be delivered and sent back to USCIS. I need to request a notice immediately follow a link it provided. The online system shows the same thing. I follow the link and fill the form. But it did not let me submit because "Do not submit a request if you have just recently been approved, allow approximately 30 days to receive your new notice." Does it mean I need to wait until 8/17/2019 to request the notice?
Also, how serious the problem is? The current case status for 130 is "Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It". But the case history section says they receive 130. Does it mean my case will not move forward if I did not receive the notice?
Sorry for the long question. Appreciate your help!Marriage based AOS

Rich92 : Don't worry since your i-130 form is accepted by USCIS. I don't think the notice delivery issue would slow down your case. You can try calling the USCIS help-desk number (800) 375-5283 to confirm your i-130 receipt number and if they can help in resending you the notice faster. Otherwise you might have to request a new notice once it is 30 days after filing.
