  • @Rum1234,yes California, San Fernando fields office.interview was scheduled for March 30th......why did you need to re-do your medical? I've submitted it already with my initial application last year.If uscis is really going to furlough 70% of their workers, there's no telling, what's going to happen. They might have interviews case by case, and then just do it,when applying to remove conditions hopefully....

    • Caligirl, I had to re-do my medicals cause when the initial application was submitted it was 10 days late till the civil surgeon signed it, so my attorney messed it up, but my i-130 is approved, there just waitng on my medical, so lets see, on the site it says "name was updated" thats all.

      • Rum1234- wow,so you had to pay for the medical again?? that sucks..... my I-130 is not approved yet,I had a RFE and they got my response, but no update, yet. But I know,in many marriage based applications, they approve it during the interview. Sooooo, just still a waiting game hmmm," name was updated "? Weird....

        • Caligirl, yes I had to pay the fee again, it was just a pain and now still waiting.......stress never ends and yes I heard the marriage cases are approved after the interview, best of luck to you, I will keep you updated on my status

          • @Rum1234,oh,I'm sorry to hear that, cause that's a lot of money, unnecessarily, cause of your lawyers fault yes,I'll keep you updated, too.Let's wait,if uscis gets the needed funding, and they resume interviews- or,if they're going to approve without oneI wouldn't complain...lol ..cause,in September I would already need to apply to renew my EAD,if I don't have a new interview date by then. We'all see......

It should be valid only for 60 days, because you still didn’t submit yours , I think you will need to do it again.
if you sent it with the original package, it would be valid for 2 years.

                                Hello

[email protected] You may send an email; they may not respond. There are different stages that applications go through before the applicant gets a receipt, rejection, NOID, etc All the best.
