To be honest, from the comments it looks like most of the offices are slow, there are only few exceptions. The only thing we can do is wait at this point. I got worried that online case status is not even showing that biometrics were taken, but if others have seen the same behavior, then I guess it's ok.Field Office: Newark, NJ

Hi Sohi429, I see that they requested your spouse citizenship proof. Today I received the same letter, they want me to send them my US citizenship proof, even though I applied under the F2A , as a green card holder. Hello, and No you don't get a separate I-797 for the affidavit of support. Or at least that I know of. We sent our along with I-485 and never received a separate I-797 for the affidavit.Originally posted by chintva View Post

For 2015, he wrote that he made 39,000 but really he'd made 20,000 (it was an honest mistake!) So in 2015 he was below poverty line. However I don't know if that matters for a 2018 application.
also, we didn't include pay stubs or employment letter. That might be it. I have seen rfies where they ask you for 6 months of pay stubs, but what would happen if he's been employed at the current job for less than 6 months?F1 AOS though marriage to a USC
