Supporting Documents:

1. Naturalization Certificate
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Proof of previous marriage dissolution with translation
4. Proof of previous marriage dissolution
5. Proof of joint lease
6. Proof of joint bank account
7. Proof of joint health insurance
8. Proof of joint car insurance
9. Proof of previous legal name change with translation
10. Copy of Russian passport
11. Copy of birth certificate with translation
12. Copy of U.S. Visa
13. Most recent I-94
14. Joint tax return transcript of the 3 most recent years
15. 8 passport size photos
16. 2 passport size photos
17. Check payment for form I-130 ($535)
18. Check payment for form I-485 + biometrics fee ($1225)

That's why I'm not sure what else do they need

with USCIS you just never know. I had also read that sometimes they loose documents. So I guess you only need to wait and see what they need from you. It sucks I know.

Status has changed to "Request for Initial Evidence was sent". TBH, I have no idea what it is

I am In the exact same situation. I received the status updated last night for RFIE and I am sure that I sent EVERYTHING they asked me to. I'm really scared.

01/29/2020 "Received my EAD Card in the mail today". Yay!!!

I'm beyond grateful, happy and excited that my GC interview is in a month, I'm preparing all documents and photos in blinders for the interview.

Hope everyone get good news and enjoy your evening.

My EAD is being produced now. What is the expiration date on yours? I'll try to renew my drivers license that expires in 2 months

From what I googled it maybe a 2019 tax return. If it is, then it's really stupid because I've sent an application in 2019 and there is no way I could have my 2019 tax returns then

Let's wait for an actual RFIE to be received before making assumptions. I said that googled it, but it doesn't mean anything. When we get an actual letter, then we can ask actual questions. Hopefully we'll get it soon

So this morning I wake up to a text message and email from [email protected]. I get all excited because the receipt number referenced is for the I-765. The email and text message both say "We have taken an action on your case. Sign in to your account to view your case status." I start smiling. I log in with great expectations, ready to celebrate. Then... nada. The status is exactly the same as it has been for the last 117 days. So now they're just playing with my emotions. Sucking my teeth and rolling my eyes. USCIS is not good for my mentals. They just messed up my whole day. Anybody else had this experience?

Another update today. Once again for Employment Authorization.
I765 - Case was Approved.

Just need that I-485 Interview scheduled now!
